Q: When is the event happening?
A: Keep your eyes peeled for the very first International Conference and Exposition on Innovations (ICE on I) happening from July 14 to 16, 2025, running daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Get ready for three exciting days of innovation, collaboration, and discovery!

Q: Where is the event taking place?
A: We’re thrilled to welcome you to Okada Manila, a world-class venue located on New Seaside Drive, Entertainment City, Parañaque, Metro Manila.

     July 14–15: Sessions will be held at the Okada Grand Ballroom.
     July 16: The conference moves to the elegant Okada Golden Ballroom.

Q: How do I get to the event?
Whether you're coming from the airport or the city, getting to Okada Manila is easy and convenient. Here's how you can get there:

     Via private vehicle
     For guests traveling by private vehicle, you may search for Okada Manila into your navigation app.

     Via Grab from the Airport
     For guests using the Grab App or other Transport Network Vehicle Services (TNVS), the designated drop-off point is Okada Manila.
     Book a ride via the Grab App by downloading from the Apple Store (for iPhone users) and Google Play (for Android users)

     Via taxi from the Airport
     Arrange a ride from your current terminal and ask the taxi driver to take you to Okada Manila

A: Complimentary food and drinks will be available exclusively for confirmed attendees of conference and side events. For other guests, a variety of dining options are conveniently located just outside the venue, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or exploring something new during breaks.

Q: Are outside food or drinks allowed?
A: Unfortunately, no. However, Okada Manila is brimming with fantastic restaurants, offering everything from quick bites to gourmet meals right at your fingertips.

A: Yes, special accommodation arrangements have been made for our international delegates. While there are no pre-reserved lodging options for local or regular attendees, there are plenty of nearby hotels to choose from. We recommend booking early to secure a convenient stay during the event.

Q: Do we have a complimentary parking pass?
A: Yes, complimentary parking will be provided.

Q: Can we bring equipment such as tripods, a video camera?
A: Yes, you are permitted to bring equipment such as tripods and video cameras; however, it must be coordinated in advance to ensure enough space within the venue.

Q: When will I get the confirmation?
A: Vetting and processing of accreditation typically takes three (3) to five (5) working days. An email confirmation with detailed information on how to claim the media pass will be sent once the application has been processed and approved. If a notice isn’t received within five days, kindly contact the organizers.

Q: Do we have access to a power outlet?
A: Yes, power outlets will be available for media partners.

Q: What do we get for covering this event?
A: For covering this event, media partners will have exclusive front-row seats to the most exciting global stories in innovation, access to emerging trends, untold stories, and missed opportunities in global tech, as well as stories about technologies with social impact. Additionally, media partners will receive exclusive merchandise and media kits.

A: No, it is presented at the PHILIPPINEXT exclusively for media and creators. The organizers will implement a limited, first-come, first-served basis. Entrance will be given to two people per media outlet, especially if they are going there with their team.

A: Media partners can expect to cover emerging innovation trends, untold stories, and missed opportunities in global tech. They will also have access to stories about technologies with emotional pull, social impact, and strong visual appeal.
